McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Memphis, TN to monitor production and inventory, store products in designated areas, and adjust storage locations based on production needs.

You will verify inventory reports and may assist with time and labor functions, performing other duties as assigned. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in a related field, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team

The Warehouse Coordinator monitors production and inventory levels. Ensures products are stored in designated areas. Adjusting storage areas and related products according to production requirements. Updates product locations in appropriate systems.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Warehouse Coordinator

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar position in the transportation and trucking industry.
• Strong organizational skills and communications skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time and Labor experience is preferred.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
