Loudoun County Public Schools is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to supervise Transportation employees and oversee daily bus operations for safe student transport. You will coordinate routes, schedules, and driver training, while liaising with school administrators, parents, and students on transportation matters.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 3–5 years in pupil transportation and a CDL with school bus endorsement, plus DOT Drug/Alcohol Suspicion
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and evaluation of Transportation employees. The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective transportation of students through daily oversight and management of operations and serves as liaison with school administrators, parents, and students on bus transportation matters.

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively successful experience in pupil transportation, personnel management, and school fleet maintenance and management
Commercial Driver's License with school bus endorsement
