Walmart is hiring a Temporary Coordinator on the Spark Good & ACNT team!

This role will support the Spark Good & ACNT Team, which leads a series of strategic programs that engage and empower our customers and associates.

This role will be based on-site in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and associates by responding to inquiries on a wide variety of topics, resolving issues and escalating matters to management with recommended solutions
• Review and approve/decline grant applications within formal eligibility guidelines criteria and adhering closely to the established Standard Operating Practices (SOP)
• Supports the broader team by leading a wide variety of customer insights, systems coordination, and process improvement projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year experience with financial, reporting, or systems analytics
• 1 year experience providing customer service

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00-$23.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
