Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support inventory control, batch order processing, and purchasing coordination at our Knoxville facility. You will ensure accurate records and smooth interactions between production, warehouse, and quality teams.

This role requires attention to detail, independence, and flexibility for occasional night or weekend counts and system transitions, with opportunities to grow within a family of iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data.
• Coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system.
• Lead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules.
• Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials.
• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up; communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages.
