On Location is seeking a Coordinator, Sports Experiences to manage hotel reservations for large sporting events and negotiate contracts in our reservation system. You will support travel logistics for clients such as U.S.
Soccer, PGA of America, MLS Next and others, ensuring smooth operations and great guest experiences. The role requires at least 1 year in sports, travel or hospitality, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

The Coordinator, Sports Experiences will be responsible for coordinating hotel reservations on large-volume sporting events in our reservation system; for example, 100 soccer teams traveling for a weekend event. Some of our clients include U.S. Soccer, US Youth Soccer, IMG Academy, PGA of America, X-Games, USA Football, MLS Next and many more. The Coordinator will negotiate hotel contracts, manage hotel inventory daily, communicate with customers and manage all last-minute changes leading into an event. This is a fast-paced role, where the Coordinator will need to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines and ensure customers have great experiences.
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule, and be available to travel for work, which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will require less than 10% travel.
