Maintain comprehensive media reports, distribute timely updates to key stakeholders, and identify emerging publicity opportunities.
  • Coordinate press events and media engagement: Support the planning and execution of press events, interviews, photo shoots, screenings, and special initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination among media, talent, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain communications tools and resources: Manage and update media contact lists, editorial and awards calendars, press websites, social media accounts, and other communications resources to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships: Collaborate with communications colleagues, programming executives, producers, talent representatives, and external media contacts to support consistent messaging, positive media relationships, and coordinated publicity efforts.
  • Drive operational excellence: Provide administrative and project coordination support, including scheduling executive meetings, preparing materials, managing invoices, coordinating screeners and mailers, and tracking deadlines to keep communications initiatives moving forward.
