Job description

The Team

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Environmental Coordinator to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Legal team. The team ensures that the appropriate level of environmental review is completed to address both the Federal Communication Commission's National Environmental Policy Act's ("NEPA") requirements and the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act's ("CERCLA") due diligence considerations for wireless facility development and redevelopment. Day to day you will triage project review/information requests and track notable points of the compliance review and field assessment services process. You will enter into multiple systems and interpret and validate, as needed, compliance-related data and documentation. As a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you will partner cross-functionally to monitor internal project timelines and ensure external project milestones are met.
