Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Coordinator Quality Improvement RN at Texas Health Dallas to lead sepsis and targeted patient care initiatives. The role involves partnering with physicians and staff to implement and evaluate care delivery, while overseeing patient follow-up and education of the team on established standards.

The position requires an RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and 3+ years in acute care with 1+ year in healthcare quality. BSN or higher and CPHQ are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program.
• BSN preferred or Master’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in acute care setting required.
• One year of experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement preferred.
• RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required.
• CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality within 3 years preferred.

• Provide leadership and vision for sepsis and other patient populations in terms of operation, services and patient care.
• Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with physicians, staff and peers to support implementation and ongoing evaluation of care delivery.
• Oversee and facilitate care and follow up on patients.

• Communicate with members of the team regarding findings of case reviews and abstraction.
• Analyze date and suggest opportunity to improve the delivery of patient care
