The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Product Development to...

  1. Support product development activities including reviewing prototypes and samples, ensuring milestone adherence, and sending development packages to overseas partners.
  2. Partner with Materials teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.
  3. Execute, maintain, and update necessary data and tools in ecVision.
  4. Manage day-to-day communication and activities with factories.
  5. Support the approval process and resolve pending items to ensure smooth transition from development to commercialization.
  6. Execute daily activities based on priorities set by the Manager, driving task completion and issue resolution.
  7. Demonstrate understanding of the development process, implications of missed deadlines, and alert the manager to potential issues.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  1. An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Experience in Ready-to-wear and/or Leather Goods.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 360, ECV or other PLM systems.
  4. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Work Setup: Hybrid

BASE PAY RANGE: $64,350.00 to $75,000.00 annually
