Position Overview

CINCINNATI OPEN, founded in 1899, is an ATP Masters 1000 and a WTA 1000 tournament that receives support from partners such as Western & Southern Financial Group, Credit One Bank, Procter & Gamble, Great American Insurance Company, Fifth Third, and Kroger. In 2025, the event welcomed more than 285,000 fans from 50 states and 65 countries and was viewed in 187 global markets.

Role Summary

The Coordinator, Partnerships and Premium Service is a full‑time position that supports both the partnerships and premium seating teams. The role involves sponsor activation, client engagement, premium hospitality operations, and event execution before, during, and after the Cincinnati Open tournament. The coordinator reports directly to the Director, Partnerships & Premium Service and is expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.

Essential Functions – Partnerships

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and custom service.
• Execute partner fulfilment, including corporate partnership agreements and sponsor deliverables.
• Organize sponsor activation logistics, signage, hospitality, and promotional assets.
• Serve as point of contact for sponsor communications and day‑to‑day requests.
• Oversee on‑site sponsor activation setup and tournament operations for select partners.
• Track partnership inventory, deadlines, and reporting materials.
• Lead preparation for partnership recaps, presentations, and client reporting.
• Manage assigned partners and associated assets, ensuring exceptional customer service and further developing strategic revenue growth.

Essential Functions – Premium Seating Service

• Provide high‑level customer service to premium seating clients, suite holders, and hospitality guests.
• Manage ticketing, parking passes, and premium access as needed.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by supporting in‑tournament premium hospitality areas.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding seating packages, amenities, and tournament logistics.
• Facilitate premium gifting, welcome materials, and ongoing hospitality communications.
• Collaborate with operations, ticketing, and guest services teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
• Prepare premium service recap decks for both tournament‑wide experiences and premium client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (4‑year degree) required.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sports hospitality, events, sponsorship, customer service, or premium sales support preferred.
• Strong writing, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Exceptional customer service standards with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing platforms preferred.
