Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Coordinator II - Paint for the Richmond Plant 1. The role focuses on ensuring painted parts are completed on schedule, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining production flow.

You will train new operators, communicate priorities, and verify color accuracy while using AS400 and Salesforce systems. This position emphasizes hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and supports manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.
  • Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead.
  • Confirms shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors.
  • Makes sure that parts are being inspected and issues are communicated to line lead.
  • Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed.
  • Certifies all parts are scanned up and down.

Job Title: Coordinator II - Paint

Location: Richmond Plant 1

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Coordinator to play a key role within our Paint department. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner.

What you will be responsible for in this role:
  • Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.

  • Other duties as assigned
What are the basic qualifications?
  • High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience.
