Primary Purpose

The Coordinator, OmniOperations / Inventory Systems & NSO Processes will support the daily management and ongoing development of our inventory systems (MIMS, PCS, Datascan). This role also focuses on NSO processes, including new store openings, renovations, relocations, and closings for NA Retail / Outlet stores & Coach International (Travel Retail & Americas). The individual will collaborate broadly with vendors, corporate partners, and Field Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner on project management for store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures. Manage communication and deliverables with cross-functional partners and store managers.
  2. Support ongoing management and development of inventory systems like MIMS, PCS StoreTrac, and Datascan. Assist with testing, training, and documentation.
  3. Support physical inventory processes twice a year, including training and logistics coordination.
  4. Coordinate vendor orders and deliveries, considering project specifics.
  5. Assist with new store systems setup with EIM, IT, and HR.
  6. Gather feedback post-project to improve processes and communication.
  7. Develop knowledge of LMS application and support data management.
  8. Manage UPS application for all stores, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  9. Maintain understanding of in-store processes, policies, and procedures, updating as needed.
  10. Support Store Operations initiatives and monitor after-hours communication for urgent issues.
