Primary Purpose:

The Coordinator, OmniOperations / Inventory Systems & NSO Processes will be responsible for supporting the daily management & ongoing development of our inventory systems (MIMS, PCS, Datascan). This position will also focus on NSO processes, including new store openings, renovations, relocations & closings for NA Retail / Outlet stores & Coach International (Travel Retail & Americas region). This individual will work collaboratively with vendor and corporate partners and the Field Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner on project management for new store openings, renovations, relocations & closures. Manage communication & deliverables with cross-functional partners and store management.
  2. Support ongoing management and development of inventory systems, including testing, training, and procedural documentation.
  3. Coordinate physical inventory processes, including training and logistics.
  4. Manage logistics for vendor orders/deliveries, considering project and store specifics.
  5. Assist in new store systems setup with EIM, IT & HR.
  6. Gather feedback post-project to improve processes.
  7. Develop knowledge of LMS application and assist with data management.
  8. Manage the UPS application for all stores, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  9. Maintain knowledge of store processes, policies, and procedures, updating as necessary.
  10. Support Store Operations initiatives as needed.
  11. Monitor email for urgent issues outside regular hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in retail operations or related fields (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory and store systems.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a sense of urgency.
