Coordinator of Student Success Operations & Testing

Join us at Maryville University of Saint Louis as a Coordinator of Student Success Operations & Testing.

Job Summary

Maryville University believes in providing access to opportunity and reimagining student success in higher education. We seek a detail-oriented professional to coordinate testing and support student success within the Division of Student Success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Academic Testing Coordination: Oversee all academic testing, including accommodations, make-up tests, CLEP exams, and Math Launch scoring. Collaborate with related departments to ensure comprehensive testing support and implement innovative testing solutions.
  2. Student Employee Supervision: Lead and develop student employees, manage schedules, budgets, and recognition events, fostering leadership and meaningful project opportunities.
  3. Division Budgets & Logistics: Manage division budgets, procurement, and logistics for events and operations, working closely with leadership.
  4. Operations & Office Coverage: Support division operations, onboarding, and events. This is an in-person role with flexible start/end times, some evening and weekend work may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service, confidentiality, and familiarity with ADA laws.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communications, or related field.
