ADAPT Community Network in New York City seeks a Coordinat or of Operations to manage day-to-day program operations and ensure high-quality, compliant services across multiple sites. You will support leadership, oversee staffing, and help maintain safety and regulatory standards.

Under general supervision, the Coordinator of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of assigned program operations to ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and efficient functioning of sites within ADAPT Community Network. This position provides support to the Senior Coordinator of Operations and Vice President of Program Services by assisting with personnel management, quality assurance, physical plant oversight, and program performance. The Coordinator of Operations ensures that programs are operated in accordance with agency policies, OPWDD regulations, and the organization’s mission and values.

$85,000 - $90,000 Annually + Industry-Leading Benefits!
