Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to facilitating special projects on behalf of the Chair, managing the department's APT process, organizing departmental meetings, events, and committees, serving as the point of contact for internal and external constituents, and managing departmental financial and human resources operations in coordination with the Director of Operations. This position may be required to work some evenings and weekends as needed to manage events. The A. Physical Demands: Sedentary work performed in a normal office environment requiring the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards.
