The Coordinator of Northern Nevada Programs supports Nevada State University's School of Education (SoE) by supervising pre-service teacher candidates completing field placements throughout Northern Nevada, advising students in Nevada State's 2+2 transfer pathways, and recruiting prospective students from partner community colleges and high schools. This position serves as the primary point of contact between Northern Nevada students, Cooperating Teachers, school-site partners, and the Nevada State main campus, and plays a key role in building and sustaining strong regional partnerships with Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), Western Nevada College (WNC) and local K-12 school districts.
