Here’s a summary of responsibilities:

The NGB Services team partners with National Governing Bodies (NGBs) to strengthen organizational effectiveness, revenue growth, and long-term sustainability across the Olympic and Paralympic Movement. Serving over 50 NGBs and internally managed sports, the team provides relationship-based guidance, scalable resources, peer learning opportunities, and coordinated operational support to help organizations grow and succeed. As both an advocate and trusted resource, NGB Services supports and optimizes capabilities in marketing, fundraising, events, membership growth, and business operations to help NGBs build sustainable revenue and long-term success.

The Coordinator, NGB Services supports the team’s evolving service model and core programs, with a primary focus on administering the NGB Hub and strengthening how resources, data, events, and operational workflows are delivered to NGBs. This role supports key events including the Olympic & Paralympic SportsLink / TEAMS Conference and the Olympic & Paralympic Assembly; manages and maintains Hub content, NGB resources, and profiles; supports revenue and business operations data collection and reporting; and contributes to cross-functional initiatives that improve coordination, communication, relationship management, and service delivery across NGB Services.

Here’s how you’ll have an impact:
  • Serve as a primary content administrator for the NGB Hub, coordinating NGB resources, event information, and operational workflows within the platform. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining resource libraries, updating event information and related materials, supporting Hub-based processes and workflows, monitoring content accuracy and usability, and contributing to a centralized “one front door” communication approach for NGB engagement.
  • Maintain and develop NGB Services resources, guides, templates, and Hub content to ensure information is accurate, organized, accessible, and aligned with NGB Services priorities, stakeholder needs, and best-practice sharing across the NGB community.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of NGB Services-focused events, including the Olympic & Paralympic SportsLink / TEAMS Conference and the Olympic & Paralympic Assembly. Prepare materials, coordinate speakers, support participant communications, and assist with travel and lodging logistics.
  • Support data collection, maintenance, and analysis for NGB revenue and business operations information. Conduct outreach to NGBs and internally managed sports. Collect, validate, and organize data on membership, athlete assets, digital and live event inventory, commercial and philanthropic opportunities, partnerships, and related business operations information. Prepare information to support internal reporting, planning, benchmarking, and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Contribute to broader NGB Services initiatives that advance scalable, consistent, relationship-driven, and data-informed support to NGBs. Responsibilities include supporting standardized processes, NGB relationship management activities, resource development, peer-to-peer collaboration, best-practice sharing, documentation, communication pathways, and operational improvements that strengthen service delivery, capture NGB needs and feedback, clarify ownership of key processes, and enhance coordination across internal teams and NGB partners.
  • Serve as a coordination point across internal teams to help route requests, gather information, and support clear communication pathways for NGB-related initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating with external partners and vendors supporting NGB initiatives, including agencies, platforms, and service providers.
  • Provide responsive customer service to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with NGB partners, internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Provide project support across the department and assist with execution of divisional priorities as directed by NGB Services leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
