Job Title: Coordinator MDS Nursing Administration FBM

Salary: $60,021.00 - $90,012.00 USD

Work Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Status: Full Time, FTE: 1.000000, Exempt from Overtime

Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates

Role Summary

The Coordinator MDS nurse is responsible for coordinating comprehensive assessments for each resident. They participate in providing optimal care and support to clinical staff to ensure a high quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident assessments
  • Support clinical staff in care provision
  • Maintain and obtain required certifications
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a current New York State license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Obtain Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified (RAC-CT) within one year of hire
  • Maintain RAC-CT (MDS) Certification
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Residential Health Care Facility
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, tone, and approach
Working Conditions
