Job Title: Coordinator, Maintenance

Location: PR-28, San Juan, PR 00969, Puerto Rico
Shift Schedule: 5 per shift – multiple shifts
Duration: 9 Months
Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour plus OT

Job Summary:
We’re seeking Maintenance Coordinators to support daily operations of equipment maintenance and repair. This role involves admin support, coordination of services, reporting, and documentation for a busy terminal or operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for maintenance teams and third-party contractors

  • Track costs, materials usage, and production data to identify improvement areas

  • Maintain equipment status records in CICS or similar systems

  • Assign equipment to customers and coordinate vehicle services and emergency responses

  • Monitor refrigerated equipment and report any discrepancies

  • Prepare and file incident and damage reports, including supporting documentation (photos, emails, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent post-high school education/experience

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills

  • Experience in coordinating mechanical or vehicle maintenance activities is a plus

  • Familiarity with terminal or logistics environments
