Baltimore City Public Schools seeks a leader to coordinate Judy Centers citywide, supervise Coordinating Teachers and Support Specialists, and integrate Judy Centers into district plans. The role oversees grants, contracts, and partnerships, and reports to the Early Learning leadership team.

Responsible for coordinating City Schools Judith P. Hoyer Early Child Care and Family Education Centers. Manages the overall district strategy and performance of Judy Centers across the district in both a supervisory and support role. Coordinates grant development, applications, submissions, and approves and monitors spending by Judy Centers. Directs strategic planning and evaluates performance on a system-wide and individual program level. Manages policy relating to Judy Center programs. Collaborates with partners both within and outside of the district to develop programming and support implementation. Serves as a member of Early Learning leadership team and integrates Judy Centers into district plans and initiatives. This position is contingent upon grant funding.

In accord with Maryland law, City School is required to share the position salary ranges in its entirety. Please note, this is not the hiring range. The hiring range for this position is ($101,250 - 149,361)
