Coordinates all phases of GI and Pulmonary procedure scheduling, including self, direct, secondary, and tertiary referrals. Manages logistical aspects of tertiary referrals, pre-procedure testing, and anesthesia clearance.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience

• 2 Years experience with medical scheduling and coordinating multifaceted patient care appointments (Required)
• 1 Year experience documenting in an electronic medical record system (Required)
• 2 Years experience scheduling and coordinating Interventional and non-interventional endoscopy procedures (Preferred)

License/Certifications

• CCMA - Cert Clin Medical Assistant (Preferred)
• CMA - Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
• RMA - Registered Medical Assistant (Preferred)
