The Coordinator, Institutional Advancement, supports Meridian's Engagement, Growth, and Partnerships division in a non-supervisory role. This position is a frontline fundraising role, providing essential operational and fundraising support for special events, galas, and an individual giving/donor engagement membership program.
Key responsibilities include fundraising outreach, event logistics support and coordination, donor database management, donor research, and drafting of fundraising and event collateral. A detail-oriented, service-minded approach and enthusiasm for relationship-centered fundraising are essential.
This position is located in Washington, D.C. Meridian requires MD, DC, or VA residence for all employees. The position may work partially remotely until further notice.
