D.C. United is seeking a HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations at Audi Field with a hybrid work setup—in the office Monday through Thursday and optional remote Friday.
The role covers onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll support, HRIS reporting, and employee correspondence. Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent experience, 1 year in a professional office, and ability to work across multiple locations like practice fields in Loudoun County.
The Coordinator, Human Resources supports the day-to-day operations of D.C. United’s human resources function. This role helps administer HR processes and programs for D.C. United and its affiliates, including onboarding and offboarding, employee recordkeeping, benefits enrollment, recruiting coordination, payroll support, HRIS reporting, and employee correspondence.
Compensation: $55,000 - $59,000 per year
Location: Audi Field, Monday – Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Friday
