The Coordinator, HR Operations is responsible for supporting HR processes and maintaining associate employment records for Ross Buying Office associates, including payroll processing, employment status changes, and new hire activations. This role serves as a key point of contact for associate inquiries submitted through the HR Connect mailbox, providing guidance on policies, payroll, and benefits while ensuring requests are resolved promptly and escalated appropriately. The Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining employee data within PeopleSoft and related systems, generating reports, and supporting payroll and workforce reporting for approximately 2,000 Buying Office associates.
This position is part of the HR Coordinator Development Program, designed to provide early-career HR professionals with broad exposure to multiple Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs). Participants gain hands‑on experience through rotational assignments across functions such as HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Communications & Engagement, building foundational HR knowledge and developing the skills needed for future growth opportunities within the organization.
The base pay range for this role is $22.00 - $28.00. The hourly rate listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
