We are currently hiring a Geriatric Support Services Coordinator! GSSC is responsible for coordinating support services as part of the Senior Care Options Primary Care Team. The Geriatric Support Services Coordinator’s basic function is to assist eligible SCO and One Care members to obtain services which will enhance their quality of life.

The range for the hourly rate is $29.11 – 32.34 per hour.

Monday- Friday, 9a-5p: 34 hours/ week plus unpaid one-hour lunch daily. One day will be one hour shorter than the other 4 days.
