Job summary

Rise Services seeks a full-time Family Support Coordinator to provide supportive services to children and adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. You will work with Professional Parents or Host Homes, assisting in homes and monitoring placements.

You will collaborate with state and guardians, supervise staff, schedule activities, and help develop skills, with on-call duties and occasional travel included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs preferred.
