Agnes Scott College is seeking a Coordinator to foster a vibrant, inclusive campus community. You will develop, implement, and promote programs that enhance student involvement and growth, collaborating with campus partners and student organizations to ensure meaningful engagement aligned with institutional goals.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with oversight of budgets, policies, and events that enrich student life both inside and outside the classroom.

Work Period: 12-month
Hours: Full-time

Plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and connected campus community. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and promoting programs that enhance student involvement, support personal and professional growth, and strengthen a sense of belonging among Agnes Scott students. By collaborating with campus partners, student organizations, and academic departments, the Coordinator ensures that engagement opportunities are accessible, meaningful, and aligned with institutional goals. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to creating dynamic experiences that enrich student life both inside and outside the classroom. Reports to the Assistant Director.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education or related field.
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office with occasional travel.
