National Audubon Society's membership program is responsible for raising $41M annually from over 350,000 individuals. The program encompasses direct mail, canvassing, telemarketing, peer-to-peer, and digital fundraising. The Coordinator, Direct Response will report to the Senior Manager, Direct Response and will also work closely with the Manager, Direct Response to support the success and growth of the membership program. The Coordinator will be responsible for the various functions related to direct marketing campaigns, including campaign production, invoice processing, inventory management, and general administrative duties. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams, as well as external vendors, in support of the team's fundraising objectives. This role would suit an organized, proactive and detailed go-getter, looking to grow in the non-profit / direct response marketing sector.
This position is classified as hybrid, in accordance with Audubon's "Where We Work" Policy. Hybrid employees are expected to work in an Audubon office every Monday and Tuesday and an additional two days each month of the employee's choosing. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Audubon's office in New York, NY.
$32.15 - $34.00 per hour = New York, NY
