Validate recurring reports, dashboards, extracts, and distribution lists before release. Maintain administration calendars, system inventories, and report catalogs.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, data dictionaries, FAQs, process maps, system support documentation, training materials, and a centralized knowledge base. Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for Salesforce, dashboards, reports, data standards, and departmental resources. Collect feedback and identify recurring support needs that should become training, documentation, automation, or process improvements.
  • Maintain project plans, meeting notes, decisions, risks, action items, file-transfer logs, and vendor follow-up. Support data cleanup, user acceptance testing, system enhancements, and process-improvement initiatives. Provide coordination support across the Development Intelligence & Performance team as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
