Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in guiding activities within the department to ensure production/shipments are complete.
• Balance workflow and meet deadlines.
• Provide support in all aspects of assigned functions to ensure efficient operations.
• Gather data and complete reports.
• Contribute to training new associates and assist with questions.
• Understand the department’s quality metrics, goals, and expectations.
• Tether discipline-related communications to the supervisor, conveying necessary information to complete assignments and meet deadlines.

Hours

First Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and Saturday work may be required when necessary.
