Job summary

AMI INFLIGHT INC is seeking support for Sales and Sourcing activities. The role focuses on pricing coordination, sample management, and specification gathering across supplier networks and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will assist in proactive and reactive product sourcing, portfolio development, and ensuring alignment across multiple projects while maintaining organized records and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and sourcing via pricing coordination, sample mgmt, and specs gathering.
• Source products proactively and reactively; outreach to suppliers; develop portfolio.
• Coordinate supplier opportunities, respond to customer requests, and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, supplier files, and dept tools.
• Support standardization and improvement of processes, docs, and workflows.
• Organize supplier materials, product info, portfolio records, samples, and docs.
• Coordinate supplier comms, follow-ups, and cross-functional visibility.
• Assist in managing priorities across concurrent projects with responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Sourcing efforts through pricing coordination, sample management, and specification gathering
• Engage in proactive and reactive product sourcing, supplier outreach, and portfolio development efforts
• Support commercial coordinating supplier opportunities, customer requests, and internal follow-through
• Maintain continuity across dashboards, workflow trackers, supplier files, and departmental management tools
• Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across departmental processes, documentation, and workflow management
• Facilitate organization and maintenance of supplier materials, product information, portfolio records, samples, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate supplier communication, follow-up activities, and cross-functional visibility across active initiatives
• Assist in managing executional priorities across concurrent projects while maintaining responsiveness and organizational alignment

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating with external partners

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of the culinary industry is a plus

Education & Experience:

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred
• Experience of 1-2 years as a support function in hospitality, culinary, sourcing, procurement/supply chain or similar fast-paced environment
