This position will support normalizing equity effort and initiatives in the department through training and culture building in the department. This position will work collaboratively with the Planning unit and other units within the Strategy and Planning Branch to implement our Rain to River Strategic Plan, work cross-departmentally with other equity practitioners, support legislative efforts, support meaningful relationships internally and with external community, and consult and support implementation of equity operationalization across Austin Watershed Protection.**LOCATION**505 Barton Springs Road, Austin, Texas 78704**SALARY RANGE:**Min: $68,780.00 - Mid $85,980.00, depending on qualifications and experience.**DAYS AND HOURS**40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the ability for a 60% telework schedule per week after initial training period. Exceptions may apply subject to the business needs of the department.
