Schedule: Flexible, approximately 2–8 hours per week (primarily evenings and weekends for events)

Position Summary:
Dance Connection is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and community-minded individual to serve as our Community Relations Coordinator. This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about building relationships and growing community engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator—both in writing and on the phone—and is excited to represent Dance Connection at local events, fairs, meetings, and parades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Dance Connection’s participation in local parades and community events.
• Organize and manage vendor booths at street fairs, school health fairs, and other outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Performance Companies Manager to schedule and support community performances.
• Manage incoming donation requests from local schools and organizations.
• Attend community meetings, such as the local Chamber of Commerce, to represent Dance Connection.
• Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the studio and help grow brand awareness in the community.

• Comfortable making calls, writing outreach emails, and coordinating logistics.
