What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage tasks related to the enablement of addresses in out-of-territory markets
- Contact customers and building owners to coordinate site surveys and installations
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks and invoicing
- Generate Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) and maintain accurate records in multiple systems
- Provide support and direction to Field Services and other departments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or higher, or 2+ years of professional work experience
- Must have 3+ years of administrative support experience with customer interaction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving responsibilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry, products, and services
- Experience in project management and multi-task management skills
- Prior military service with honorable discharge
