Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Category Support professional to assist with executing monthly promotional plans and tracking food and beverage products. You will support rollouts, coordinate signage, and monitor program deliveries across stores and supply chains.

The role requires basic to intermediate Office and data management skills, with helpful Tableau experience, and strong communication. Travel is less than 20% and you’ll collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in retail or business preferred.
• Minimum one year retail store and/or merchandising experience preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Data management experience preferred.
• Tableau experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Travel required is less than 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Management team with rollouts, test initiatives, and signage development processes.
• Track delivery of products and programs to stores and through supply chain.
• Provide telephone and email support to troubleshoot store level questions and issues related to the category.
• Enter pricing and product information into Price Book.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure clear and concise communication of all Food and Beverage initiatives.
• Partner with vendors to execute marketing plans through distribution channels and into the stores.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned
