Description
Reporting organisationally to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Brand Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Commercial Operations team, working in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Project team and other key stakeholders responsible for delivering best-in-class design solutions for FWC26.

Position Overview
The main responsibilities of the Brand Coordinator for FIFA World Cup 26 include:
- Assisting in the development and execution of brand campaigns across different departments and mediums.
- Managing the intake, production, and delivery processes of all brand projects submitted by internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Managing stakeholders with clear communication before, during, and after the production process, ensuring clarity of requests, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinating with internal teams (designers, content creators, product teams) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitoring progress and deadlines for brand projects aligned with marketing campaigns to meet tournament goals.
- Assisting in coordinating product launches, webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Handling logistics such as venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site setups for events and activations around FIFA tournaments.
- Tracking expenditures for campaigns, events, and brand channels.
- Managing brand-related content, including copy, visuals, and online materials.
- Coordinating with external agencies, notes, recaps, meeting schedules, and marketing executions across USA, CAN, and MEX.
- Working with media outlets to ensure timely placement of FIFA brand assets.
- Managing invoices, contracts, and documentation related to the brand.
- Collaborating with external vendors for quality control of brand materials.
- Working with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, digital, and host city teams.
- Managing multiple projects and expectations effectively.
- Performing other duties as necessary to meet company goals and brand needs.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in project management and coordinating large events.
- Strong client management skills; agency experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in entertainment, agency, or sports is advantageous.
- Experience working in organizations with international offices/staff.
- Mid-level management experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in project management tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams) and planning software.
- Experience with creative project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Monday, Trello, Asana, Notion, Basecamp).
- Proficient with Outlook and online collaboration tools.
