This class of positions encompasses supervisory or administrative work of varying degrees of difficulty and with varying degrees of latitude for independent initiative and judgement in the delivery of health program and support services.
Under general supervision with moderate latitude for independent initiative and judgment, performs some of the following functions:
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of Food Production experience; preferably in a high-volume production environment or Culinary Center.
Must be able to exhibit leadership abilities, be capable to perform independently, exercise superior initiative and judgment, and possess excellent communication skills, math skills and written skills.
Flexible and adaptable to change and have the demonstrated ability to manage, train, motivate employees and work well in a team environment.
Must be results-oriented, reliable, consistent, and display a willingness to learn and supervise new methods and processes for completing assigned tasks.
