Catholic Charities is seeking a Coordinated Entry System (CES) Navigator in Southeast Kansas to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness access housing and community resources. You will work closely with housing and service providers to streamline intake, assessments, and referrals.

The role prioritizes those with the greatest needs, requires strong relationship-building, organization, and clear communication, and involves community outreach and data maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or relevant field.
• At least two years of professional experience in housing, social work, employment services, human services, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families experiencing homelessness and connect them to the Coordinated Entry System.
• Complete intake, assessments, referrals, and required documentation.
• Connect participants with housing, healthcare, mental health services, benefits, and other community resources.

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness find a path toward stable housing? Catholic Charities is looking for a Coordinated Entry System (CES) Navigator to connect people with housing and community resources while strengthening partnerships throughout Southeast Kansas.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building community partnerships, and bringing organizations together to solve problems.

What You Will Do:

• Engage individuals and families experiencing homelessness and connect them to the Coordinated Entry System.

What You Will Need to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or relevant experience in social work or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in housing, social work, employment services, human services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals and families facing economic hardship or other barriers.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Class C driver's license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
