Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Neenah, Wisconsin seeks a procurement specialist to maintain supplier relations and coordinate subcontracting activities. You will negotiate terms, monitor lead times, and ensure on-time delivery across Sales, Production, Planning, and Logistics.

Responsibilities include PO management, supplier performance reporting, and ERP system use (VIPER/SAP) to ensure inventory accuracy and timely intercompany purchases. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with Sales, Production, PM, Planning, and Logistics to ensure delivery on time and all needs of subcontractors are met.
• Negotiate lead times, production capacity, and commercial terms when necessary.
• Follow up on quality, quantity, and delivery concerns with suppliers.
• Prepare supplier performance reports, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, Viper accuracy, and service metrics.
• Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders until closure.
• Visit subcontractors as required by the specific needs. Monitor production progress and confirm inventories.
• Create and ensure all intercompany purchases are made on time for subcontracting needs, as well as necessary raw materials, including the needed GR/IR.
• Manage VIPER and SAP to ensure the information of the SAP match vs inventory, check the requirements of material and that are in the correct place.
• Coordinate the Subcontracting outboard call and make subcontracting deliveries, including but not limited to 4008, 4508, 4502 company code.
