Storm Guard Naperville is seeking a hands-on field operations assistant to ensure jobs run smoothly on local roofing and exterior restoration sites. You'll deliver materials, check on crews, communicate with customers, and solve problems on the fly.

No prior construction experience required; we teach the trade and you bring reliability and a readiness to learn. Travel to local sites, work outdoors in changing weather, and join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual on all job sites.
• Attention to detail matters for safety and quality.
• Clear communication with team, manager, and customers.
• Stay organized across multiple sites and priorities.
• Willing to learn; no construction experience required.
• Spanish speaking is a big plus but not required.
• Comfortable on a ladder and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple job sites daily to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Deliver and pick up materials, ensuring crews have what they need.
• Keep the General Manager, subcontractors, and customers connected and informed.
• Monitor safety and complete site paperwork; stay adaptable to tasks.
