As an RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, your responsibilities include:

1. Acting as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.
2. Evaluating patient needs and making appropriate care recommendations.
3. Monitoring staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing for quality patient care.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will assist the nursing staff in delivering compassionate, safe, and quality care to patients and families, while managing and influencing clinical nursing practice and the care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current licensure in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
