As an RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, you will be responsible for:

1. Acting as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.
2. Evaluating patient needs and making care recommendations based on those needs.
3. Monitoring staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing for patient care.
4. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, assisting nursing staff in providing compassionate, safe, quality care for patients and families, and managing clinical nursing practice and the environment of care.

Qualifications for this position include:
