Job Description

As an RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, your responsibilities include:

1. Serving as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.
2. Evaluating patient needs and making appropriate care recommendations.
3. Monitoring staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing for patient care.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services will support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, safe, and quality care for patients and families, while managing and influencing clinical nursing practice and the care environment.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current Pennsylvania nursing licensure
• At least three (3) years of nursing experience
