Palo Verde Behavioral Health in Tucson, AZ seeks a Part Time Coordinator of Nursing Administration to provide clerical and administrative support to Nursing Leadership and to assist with staffing, timekeeping, supplies, and compliance tasks.

The role involves coordinating with HR, Nurse Educator, and Infection Prevention to support education, certifications, illness/employee health tracking, and audit/compliance reporting. This part-time position participates in a dynamic behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Must obtain AZ Fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) and be at least 21 years old during card application.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Nursing Leadership.

• Edit timecards and procure/order patient care supplies as needed.
• Report damaged or faulty equipment to facilities/IT and assist with education and health tracking as required.

Palo Verde Behavioral Health is seeking a Part Time Coordinator of Nursing Administration to join our Team.

The Coordinator – Nursing Administration provides clerical and administrative services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgement. This position will support Nursing Leadership with ensuring adequate staffing resources are scheduled to support patient care in the hospital at all times, timecard editing, patient care supply procurement/ordering, reporting of damage and/or faulty equipment to facilities/IT, and assisting HR/Nurse Educator/Infection Prevention Nurse with education, certification and illness/employee health tracking. This position will assist Nursing Leaders with compiling audits, compliance reports, as well as submitting personnel action forms or ACR request for system access for Nursing personnel members.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of experience in an administrative capacity. Preferrably in a hospital setting.
