Qualifications

• Experience in cooperative accounting preferred.
• Experience managing employees and coordinating work activities.
• Experience with ERP/accounting platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial strategies aligned with cooperative objectives and directs all financial functions.
• Manages credit facilities by analyzing borrowing needs and lender relationships.
• Provides coaching and performance management to the team.
• Delivers timely financial reports to leadership and the Board of Directors.
