Norris McLaughlin, P.A.'s New York City office is seeking an experienced associate with 4–7 years of experience representing cooperative and condominium boards in transactional and corporate matters.
The role offers outside general counsel work for boards on governance, finance, compliance, and contracts, within the firm's real estate group, with strong mentorship and collaborative teamwork.

About The Role
The New York City office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for an experienced associate with 4–7 years of experience representing cooperative and condominium and boards in various transactional and corporate matters.
This role offers the opportunity to serve as outside general counsel to boards on a wide range of governance, finance, compliance, contractual and operational matters, while working closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative team environment within the firm real estate group.
