Continuing Healthcare Solutions is inviting qualified LPNs and RNs to join our team in a robust long-term care setting. We offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for LPNs and $15,000 for RNs, plus a strong benefits package and an employee-owned ESOP structure.

You will work in a supportive, team-based environment, focusing on safe medication administration, treatments, and resident-centered care while benefiting from daily pay options, a retention bonus, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have valid LPN/RN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long term care facility, however will consider new graduates.
• Must be able to work as a team and have knowledge of medication administration, treatments and overall processes in a long term care facility
