Meadow Gold Dairy in Great Falls, MT is hiring for a Cooler Laborer to perform picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing, loading and unloading, and operating various equipment in a warehouse, cooler or dock.

The role requires a valid MT CDL A and Medical Card, strong safety mindset, and the ability to work in a 35–40°F environment while standing long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Great benefits and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP/SQF practices and work safely.
• Keep work area neat, orderly and safe.
• Operate FIFO stocking and rotation.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts for moving loads.

Responsibilities

• Pick and load orders per procedures and paperwork.
• Rotate products using FIFO for in-house and resale items.
• Operate manual/electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Document quantities, dates, and counts on outgoing sheets.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced warehouse, cooler, and dock.
• Report food safety or quality issues to supervisor.
• Perform cleaning and other duties as assigned.
