What You Will Do:

As a Cooler Technician, you will be responsible for safely completing the cleaning and assembly of cold drink coolers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Follow instructions based on customer and company requirements
2. Repair, replace or replenish missing parts such as lightbulbs, shelf clips, shelves, and grills
3. Clean all components
4. Replace sign fronts as needed
5. Repair or replace doors
6. Test for proper operation and QC check
7. Assist with on-the-job training and continuous improvement
8. Maintain work area and equipment in a clear, safe, and orderly condition
9. Assist team in achieving facility and department goals
10. Prepare or package finished products for shipping

For this role, you will need:

1. Strong hand-eye coordination
2. Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
3. Attention to detail
4. Ability to operate Company computer system
5. Follow direction of team leadership
6. Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills
7. High School Graduate or GED, or any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities

This role is extremely physical, which will require:

1. Sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time
2. To frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, twist, reach, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties
3. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight
4. To operate assigned equipment
5. To verbally communicate to exchange information
